Due to the nature of the fabric, slight pilling may occur over time.
With each wash, your POUCHIE will become softer and a little brighter, as small bits of the cotton plant may gradually wash out.
ABOUT GABI DRIP
GABI drip is a new addition to the GABI vocabulary. Slow by design, we release at our own pace. Limited pieces made close to home, using Ethiopian handwoven fabrics we source ourselves.
It begins with the fabric. We take time to notice the texture, the irregularities and then begin a process guided by the material.
The fabrics are often raw, undyed, and unprocessed. You may notice small bits of the cotton plant left behind after hand spinning. Slight variations in color, the occasional imperfection. These are part of the fabric’s character, and part of the piece.
Each release is limited and each item unique. One piece at a time. Drip by drip, like slow brewing coffee.
